TROUBADOUR'S CAKE

This time I would like to introduce you to Troubadour cakes. After a meal, it's still sweet cake after all! As I introduced last time, Troubadour is an American restaurant. The large cake showcase that greets you as you enter the restaurant has both a seasonal menu and a regular menu. The regular menu includes pumpkin bread, pecan pie, cherry pie, baked cheesecake, and maple chiffon cake. First of all, the sizes are all huge. Everything is bigger than Japanese cakes, and even just one cake is quite picturesque and satisfying. As for the taste, it's already great! The cakes in the showcase are large in size but somewhat rustic. The reason for this is that they are replicas of the ones made in American homes. Also, the concept is a cake you'll want to eat every day!

I have worked there for a year and a half and have eaten many kinds of cakes. Here are my recommendations among them. The seasonal menu is full of delicious cakes with seasonal items, but the pecan pie from the regular menu is a must-try cake when you visit Troubadour. This cake has large crushed pecan nuts on top, and the sweet crunchy crust and crispy pie crust inside may look plain, but once you try it, you will never forget the flavor and it will become a habit. The cake can also be topped with whipped topping and ice cream. The pie can be eaten warm. I prefer to eat it without heating it up and without using a fork, holding it like a pizza.

Finally, here is a birthday cake. Birthday cakes can be ordered in any design from the regular or seasonal menu. Sizes can be made from 5" to 7". There is no additional charge for text only. If you are not sure about the design, you can refer to the design examples. If you have a particular design in mind, you can consult with our staff to design it in detail. They are all colorful and cute. You can pick up your finished cake at a store near your home. All cakes are handmade, so the handwritten messages and decorations are unique and will definitely please you. Why not make a perfect gift for birthdays and anniversaries?

CREOLE CHICKEN at Troubadour

Hi, everyone! I'd like to introduce  some food from the American Diner where I work. The name of the restaurant is Troubadour . It is located at  Tama Plaza Station. There are 8 seats on the first floor, 2 sofas, and 7 seats on the second floor, where there is calm seating. There are 3 other affiliated restaurants that have stores and Mother Lucy is celebrating its 35th anniversary. This restaurant others food varieties from the Deep South of New Orleans, to the East Coast, Mid West, and the South West. Our menu represents America's diversity. This restaurant's atmosphere is the 1970's West Coast music scene, so you can have a true hometown restaurant and bar experience. I ordered the Creole Chicken and Gumbo Soup. Creole chicken is a Cajun spiced chicken breast dish eaten mainly in New Orleans, Louisiana. It is served with mashed potatoes, baked tomatoes and green peas. Next is the gumbo soup. This is a thick Cajun dish with okra. It contains sausage, bell ...

Birria Tacos

Have you heard of "Birria Tacos"? This time, I would like to introduce "Birria Tacos," a Mexican dish that is now gaining popularity mainly in Hawaii, New York, and California. Birria is a beef stew that originated in the Mexican state of Jaris. Beef and beef bones are stewed in Mexican chili spices until tender. It is characterized by its sweetness, sourness, and moderate spiciness, which is slightly different from Japanese stews. Birria Taco is beef and cheese sandwiched between corn tortillas. You can now taste these very popular Birria Tacos at Lucy's Bakery and Kitchen, which opened this June at Shonan T-SITE. This restaurant is in the same family as the Troubadour restaurant where I worked, and while Troubadour's served southern American cuisine, Lucy's serves California Mexican food. The red-colored interior is an American diner itself. Here are some of the Birria Tacos offered at T-SITE. Two moist and chewy corn tortillas sandwich a generous port...
